3P have been doing a project on teeth. We conducted an experiment to test which drink made teeth decay the most. We used egg shell as this is similar to the enamel on teeth. We left the eggs in different liquids for a week and checked daily the effect coke, orange juice, apple juice, lemonade, vinegar, water and milk had on the shells. At the end of the week we found out that liquids which contain acid rather than sugar were the worst for your teeth. Soon we are going to be researching different animals. We will look at their teeth to determine whether they are a Omnivore, Carnivore or a Herbivore.
